I am always striving to make a better website for my clients and prospective clients to use. Ease of use if the most important thing to most people, so I designed this site to be as simple as possible while still providing great results.

You can literally search for homes in seconds with this site. It is designed to be very intuitive so you don’t have to think too hard to find what you are looking for. The search function is broken down to condos, houses, and a general map search. So, if you know you want a condo, you don’t need to filter through all the houses to find what you want – you just need to click on the picture of the condo. On the other hand if you want a house, just click on the house and you will be able to choose your neighbourhoods and find what you want in seconds.If you are not sure what you want, you can click on the picture of the map and it will take you to a map of Calgary where you can zoom in and drag the map to whatever corner of the city you want.

If you are looking for information about specific neighbourhoods such as schools, stores, roads, and transit, you will find that under the neighbourhood info tab. I will continuously update the information in there until I have a community description for every area of Calgary. There is also plenty of information and videos on how to get your home ready for sale, such as curb appeal, flooring, paint, decluttering, and getting ready for a home inspection.

Under the buyer section there is information about getting ready to buy a home, with the most important thing being your financing.

I will try to post my thoughts on the Calgary market at least on a weekly basis so check back often.
