From January 1st up until today, there were 49 houses sold on the MLS® system in the awesome northwest Calgary community of Wildwood. The most expensive home sold for a whopping $2,550,000 and had over 3,331 square feet. The average square footage was just 1256 square feet which is not surprising since many of the homes in that neighbourhood are bungalows.
As for the average price, it was $732,710 with the lowest priced property selling for $444,900 however that property was only 914 square feet.
Over the whole year it took an average of 34 days for a house to sell in Wildwood.
